- Free build: One (1) mobile-friendly, single-page brochure website built with a YaZoogle template and provided at no upfront design cost.
- Minor edits only: Text and image changes are included. No layout, design, or structure changes.
- Hosting & maintenance: Provided only while a monthly or yearly subscription is active, hosted on YaZoogle servers with a free SSL certificate.
- Cancellation choices: Either the site goes offline, or you can purchase the website files for a fixed one-off fee (quoted at the time).
- Search Engine Submission (SES): “Hello Google” indexing submission only — not SEO or rankings.
- Optional upgrades: Extra pages, SEO, WordPress, or WooCommerce are quoted separately.
1. The Free Website Offer
The “YaZoogle Free Website” offer includes the design and build of one (1) mobile-friendly, single-page brochure website, provided at no upfront website design cost.
The website is created using an existing YaZoogle template and supplied as-is, with minor content changes only. Minor changes include:
- Text updates
- Image replacements
- Business contact details (phone, email, service area)
- Basic service descriptions (based on existing business information)
Not included in the free build
- Page layout changes, restructuring, or redesign
- Custom features or functionality
- Branding / logo design or rebranding
- Advanced marketing setup or campaign work
- Ongoing content creation
Any requests outside minor changes will be quoted separately.
2. Content Source
Website content is created using publicly available information about your business, including (but not limited to):
- Google Business Profile
- Facebook business pages
- Information supplied by you during onboarding
You are responsible for reviewing and approving the content before launch.
3. Hosting & Maintenance Subscription
Hosting and basic website maintenance are provided only while an active subscription is in place, billed monthly or yearly, at your choice.
Hosting includes
- Hosting on YaZoogle’s servers
- Free SSL certificate (HTTPS security)
- Basic uptime and performance monitoring
- Minor technical maintenance required to keep the site accessible
No hosting or maintenance is provided without an active subscription.
4. Cancellation & Opt-Out Options
You may cancel your hosting and maintenance subscription at any time.
Option A – Website Taken Offline
The website will be removed from YaZoogle’s servers and will no longer be accessible.
Option B – Purchase the Website
You may purchase the completed one-page website for a one-off fixed fee (quoted at the time of cancellation).
If purchased:
- A zipped copy of the website files will be provided
- The website may be hosted on your own server
- The footer must continue to display: “Designed by YaZoogle”
No further hosting or support is included after purchase unless agreed separately in writing.
5. Additional Pages & Website Upgrades
This offer includes one (1) page only. Any additional pages will be quoted separately.
Upgrades to WordPress, WooCommerce, custom features, or larger multi-page websites are considered a new website project and are not included in this offer. Costs will be advised based on requirements.
6. Domain Names
Domain registration and renewal fees are not included unless explicitly stated.
You may:
- Use an existing domain you already own, or
- Purchase a domain separately through YaZoogle (optional)
Domain ownership always remains with the client.
7. Email Hosting
Email hosting is not included in the YaZoogle Free Website offer.
You may:
- Use an existing email address on the website, or
- Request secure business email hosting on your domain for an additional fee
Email services are quoted and billed separately.
8. Search Engine Submission (SES)
The YaZoogle Free Website includes Search Engine Submission (SES) only.
This means:
- Your website will be submitted to Google for indexing
- Your domain can be discovered in Google search results once indexed
Not included under SES
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Keyword research
- On-page optimisation
- Meta tag optimisation
- Content optimisation
- Ranking guarantees
9. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) – Optional Upgrade
SEO is not included in the YaZoogle Free Website offer.
SEO services may be added later as a separate paid service, quoted based on your business needs. This may include:
- Keyword research
- On-page optimisation and content improvements
- Local SEO strategies
- Ongoing SEO work (optional)
SEO results and rankings are never guaranteed.
10. Ownership & Footer Credit
While hosting is active, website content remains associated with your business.
The website design, structure, and underlying code remain the intellectual property of YaZoogle unless the website is purchased under Section 4 (Option B).
The website footer must continue to display: “Designed by YaZoogle”.
11. Support & Communication
After you submit your request, Joanne will contact you to confirm details before any invoice is issued.
Timelines depend on:
- Timely communication
- Content approval
- Subscription activation
12. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with onboarding, subscription, or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
